Face Enhance makes faces in videos clearer and more realistic, similar to upgrading from 480p to 1080p resolution. This feature is free for image and GIF face swaps but costs an additional 2 credits per second for video face swaps. It is enabled by default but can be disabled before starting each video task if not needed.

Do Pro users need to queue for tasks?

Pro users enjoy high-performance dedicated computing power, with processing speeds several times faster than free users. However, during periods of high task volume, Pro users may still experience queuing.

Can I get a refund?

Sorry, refunds are not available. Once payment is made, we allocate dedicated computing resources for your use, ensuring optimal performance.

What is the pricing rule for GIF face swaps?

We charge 1 credit for every 0.1MB of the GIF file size. For sizes less than 0.1MB, the charge is rounded up to 1 credit.
